【摘要】为研究半导体温差发电在工业余热利用中的可行性，设计了半导体温差发电测试实验装置，利用该实验装置测试了半导体温差发电器的输出特性、分析出了影响其输出特性的因素、计算了温差发电成本。实验结果表明，半导体温差发电用于工业余热利用是可行的，其发电1.89年其发电成本就相当于目前工业用电成本。
