(6) Let storage battery work under proper environment

The lead-acid storage battery in UPS need to work under appropriate environment. Proper temperature will make battery works on its best. Try to maintain the ambient temperature about 20℃. Higher temperature will shorten battery’s life. And please don’t use different battery on one UPS.

First, please avoid to do any file saving & editing actions on your Mac. It will cover your deleted files. If you covered theme with a new data, you will lose them forever. If you didn’t do anything after deleted these files, you should be able to recover them by recovery software.

Disk Drill is one of the free  software for recover deleted files mac. Run your Disk Drill and select the drive to be scanned. Then you will find the deleted files after deep scan. Select it and recover it.

Disk Warrior is another software for file recovery. After selected disk, you can click “Rebuild” button. It will scan your disk. You can then “Restore” its search results.

seo就是英文 Search Engine Optimizer 的缩写，即搜索引擎优化。搜索引擎的用户大多只看搜索结果最前面的几条，所以不少网站都希望能够利用seo让自己的网站排在结果页的前面。seo的主要手段总的来说就是优化网站结构、网页文字语言和站点间的互动，其目的通俗一点说就是让自己的网站在搜索结果中的排名尽量靠前，甚至排在结果的第一位，以求增加网站展示几率，获取更多目标流量，从而增加销售额或者强化网络影响力。

seo作用与优势

seo的作用就是让网站使网站对用户和搜索引擎更友好进而在搜索引擎中获得较高的自然排名，从而获取更多的展示几率，获得更多的网站流量，促进企业在线销售。

seo使得网站自然排名靠前，相对与利用搜索引擎竞价广告：例如百度竞价、google adwords等付费点击具有众多优势，例如时效长（竞价只要不在付费，网站排名马上下降），效果好（往往很多的付费广告是无法估计到效果的），性价比高（seo比竞价便宜很多，效果又好），用户体验好（通常seo需要同时做好用户体验才能让网站排名靠前，自然seo过程中能够让网站更符合网站用户的体验）。

seo的基本方法

如果要说seo最重要的部分，那就是做好网站的内容，比如找些好的编辑为你撰文之类的方法，然而在网站内容基本无法改善的前提下，seo的主要手段就是优化网站结构、网页文字语言以及站点互动，而这些方法具体来说又分为以下几类：

优化网站结构

1、合理选取网站主题

一个网站，尽量选择自己了解的行业去做，这样以后才能清楚知道以后的发展目标。

2、不要使用任何欢迎页，把你的网站直接放置在根目录下

很多网站设置欢迎页，以为看起来很牛，其实搜索引擎最不喜欢这一页，对于用户来说，需要多点击一次才能进入内容页，实际增加了操作步骤，自然会有大量用户的流失

3、合理设置网站分类

合理设置网站分类能够让用户清晰的知道网站定位，更好的引导用户浏览所需内容

4、使用css定位你的网页，而不是table甚至frame

table和frame是以前常用的一种网页布局方式，然而却存在种种缺点，如果你需要seo，请尽量使用div+css的网页布局方式

5、优化网站速度

如果一个页面打开的速度超过半分钟，至少一半的用户会流失，自然这样的页面也是不会受搜索引擎欢迎的，所以请尽量加速你的网页显示速度

6、静态化所有页面

静态化页面通常是以html为后缀的页面，对于搜索引擎来说，这样的页面更容易收录，同时静态化的页面有力于减轻服务器压力。

优化网页语言文字

1、尽量使用文字而不是图片和flash

搜索引擎收录网页是只能识别文本的，况且图片和flash占用的空间很大，一定程度上影响页面加载速度，所以重要内容请尽量使用文字来显示

2、选取合适的关键字

合理的关键字要能概括页面内容，选择合适的关键字，能够为页面带来更多的目标流量

3、优化网站标题

网站标题即与”title”标签中包含的部分，这部分内容对于搜索引擎看来比页面的任何部分都更能凸现页面主题

4、合理使用H标签

h标签包括h1-h6六级标签，也就是6级标题，合理使用h标签有利于让搜索引擎更清楚你的页面在说什么，利于seo，而h1标签是权重仅次于title标签和meta中关键字及描述的一部分内容，所以请尽量将页面关键字放在h标签中

5、合理设置关键字的密度及位置

合理的关键字密度能够使得网页的主题更为突出，通常文字内容中关键字的密度在2%-10%比较好

6、为网页中的图片添加alt标签

图片搜索引擎无法识别，而搜索引擎能够识别图片alt标签中的内容，所以图片多的页面，对于alt标签的seo也是很重要的

做好站点互动

1、建立你的网站地图

网站地图即 sitemap能够让搜索引擎了解你网站中页面的位置，一个完整的网站地图对于seo的作用也是不容忽视的

2、向搜索引擎提交你的网站

当你的网站做好之后，要让搜索引擎收录你的网站，一个重要的方法就是自己向搜索引擎提交你的网站

3、优化站内链接

合理的站内连接能够帮助搜索引擎了解你的站点内容，并能很好的加强内部文件的联系，也能方便用户找到所需的内容

4、获取友情链接

友情链接也是搜索引擎考虑网站排名的一个重要因素，尤其是高权重的相关性连接，对于seo的效果是绝对的无法忽视

5、设置内部锚链接

合理的内部锚链接让用户更为方便也让搜索引擎更为方便，那么搜索引擎自然会喜欢

6、减少站内死链

死链即文件已经不存在或者位置更改了然而链接依然没改变的链接，过多的死链对于seo是不利的

I now want to share my experience on unlocking blackberry with peoples who want to use a locked blackberry. You should know, this free solution can not have effect on any model but some special models. As far as I know, MML can not unlock blcakberry 8820, 8900, 9500 and 9530. This unlocking progress can be splited into four steps. First is download softwares and install them into your computer. The second step is restoring blackberry. The third one is using MFI to unlock cell phone. Certainly, you need to install a new OS on your device.

1. Download softwares and intall them.

There are three applications you must use in unlocking a phone. They are BlackBerry Desktop Manager, .NET framework2.0 and MML. Some times, you may also need to download a few dll files.

Desktop Manager can be accesed at their official website. Go to download page here.

.NET Framework2.0 is a free soft by Microsft. Go to download page here.

I packed two MML files for you to choose:

A simplified edition for just 8100, 8110, 8120, 8200, 8300, 8310,8320, 8350, 8700, 8707, 8800, 8830 and 9530. Click here.

Or you may need some dll files. Get them here.

2. Restore blackberry

Use loader file to renew your phone to Factory OS. By click file name by specific model under HHFiles folder. For example, if you want to unlock a 8830, double click loader 8830.bat. You will continue with the third step when you see “No Application Linked” on the screen.

3. Unlock cell phone with MML

Please disconnect your network before you starting this step. You will see some error in runing MFI when you connet network. Follow this tips:

1. Copy all files to C: directory.

2. Open folder ‘bin’ and double click register.bat.

3. Double click bulding.bat

4. Run MML.exe

Uncheck Auto start.Click start and wait. About ten minutes later, you’ll see a big “1” on your phone screen and a “PASS” on MFI. When you see these, it’s to say, your blackberry is successfully unlocked.

4. Reinstall a OS

Do you still remember I suggest you download Desktop Manager? Use this to reinstall a new OS one your phone and all things get done.

Frequentlly appeared problems and solutions:

1. Cannot create CFP instance. Please ensure the BBCFPCOM driver is registered

You can download the simplified MML edition and run the buding.bat. Or you can do it yourself by input these code in Command Prompt Only:

2. NV library failed to load PRL file. Cannot find PRL-14672-001 on the server

3. Can not find ceutil.dll or rapi.dll in your system

For anybody has problem to unlock by this method, it is because the new BDManager. You need to copy the file BbDevMgr.exe from c:\mml\bin to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\USB Drivers to replace the original one. Now, the unlock works like a charm…….

其实网络上的方法也不少了，主要的解锁方法有四种，包括三种软解：一种是提供IMEI获得解锁码，据说这种方法是通过服务提供商的数据库来查询黑莓手机的解锁码，缺点是要钱的。第二中是MML解锁，完全免费，利用的MFI软件据说是黑莓内部的解锁软件，不过无法解锁某些特定型号如8820，8900，9500和9530，可喜的是8830不在无法解锁的行列，张鹏也正是用了这种方法解锁成功的。第三种方法是专业软件BBERRYST破解，但软件价格可不是个人用户能够承受的，一般只有上游供货商可能会买，第四种硬解是通过硬件方式。

基于以上的考虑，自然是选择了免费的MML解锁方式，然而网上的教程以及软件资源鱼龙混杂，遇到的问题也不少，本着方便后人的精神，我也把本次解锁的经验分享出来，下面就开始我们的解锁流程吧。

1.下载破解必要工具程序

下载blackberry桌面管理软件，因为黑莓解锁之后通常需要刷机，官方下载地址为：https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22

如果电脑中未更新至NET Framework 2.0则需要下载NET Framework 2.0，该平台为MML程序运行基础，微软官方下载地址：http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=zh-cn&FamilyID=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5

下载安装最新MFI V2.0.1.3，这里有两种版本，一种精简版MFI，能够解锁的黑莓机型包括8100、8110、8120、8200、8300、8310、8320、8350、8700、8707、8800、8820、8830、9530，下载地址为：http://down.qiannao.com/space/file/zp1214/-4e0a-4f20-5206-4eab/MFI.zip/.page本人已为您对其进行了必要的更新，已添加CFP文件，添加了注册补丁，并补充了PRL文件,对于黑莓8830需要的文件是MFI-14678-019这一个。

2.完成解锁软件的安装

很简单，也就是把上面几个程序安装到电脑里

3.运行 loader 文件以驱动 BlackBerry

次文件在MFI程序的HHFiles文件夹下，命名方式如 loader 8300.bat，其中数字对应着要解锁的具体机型，如果解锁8830，则相应双击loader 8830.bat，双击后等待手机屏幕上出现No Application Linked字样。这一步的作用是将blackberry操作系统还原到Factory OS（即出厂状态），因为在Factory OS状态下允许更改许多的设置，虽然破解有些型号的黑莓不需要这一步，但还是建议这样做。www.zhangpeng.info

4.运行MFI文件解网络锁

具体的操作如下，请切记断开网络连接（直接拔网线即可），虽然本站的MFI程序已经进行了优化可以在有链接的时候解锁，但为了确保解锁正常最好还是断开连接。

1.将本文件夹复制至C：盘根目录下
2.打开bin文件夹，双击register.bat文件
3.双击buding.bat文件
4.断开网络连接（直接拔网线即可），进入bin文件夹，打开MML.exe程序开始破解，软件使用方法如下：

运行MML解锁软件后可以看到这样的界面（就借用别人图片了）：

你可以勾选上面的Auto start，也可以去掉前面的勾选，手动的开始，只需要自己点击Start按钮即可，然后就需要一段时间的等待。软件有些隐藏的界面如下，同时按ctrl+alt+shift+F12  就可以打开隐藏功能（有些教程说可以点击clear mep解锁，但我却并为成功,所以此界面基本没用）：

解锁开始后大约不到十分钟，你的手机屏幕上会出现一个大大的“1”子，而屏幕背景为白色，MFI中有个大大的红色背景的“PASS”，这时候提示你手机已经解锁，然后你就可以为你的手机安装操作系统了。

5.安装操作系统，即刷机，或者说装ROM

还记得要你下载的桌面管理软件DM吗？就是用来装系统的了，对应新手，可以选择更新，然后根据其提示操作，4.5的ROM现在已经支持中文显示，当然如果你要使用完全中文界面的操作系统，可以到网上查找其他的刷机教程了。

完成以上的步骤后，你的手机就可以使用移动的卡了，到具体的使用，还需要您的进一步设置，只是网络锁已经解除，设置的教程有空再写。以上任何步骤中出现了问题都没有关系，从第三步重新来过就可以了。

张鹏的实习岗位是机房技术人员，或者通俗点说就是网管，因此接触最多的除了Avid和喜马拉雅等软件问题之外莫过于局域网的维护工作。在新奥特系统中，我们采用了Windows 2003作为服务器操作系统，通过构建一个域环境，将该域下的工作站加入不同的工作组，工作组设置不同的策略，在这里，我们使用到了 GFI EndPoint Security 软件进行管理。

Windows Server 2003 域的构建

域是一组计算机的集合，其中，由域主机保存整个网络用户账号及目录帐号，或者说活动目录（Active Directory）。活动目录下可创建组织单元以实现分类管理。通过运行dcpromo命令可安装域控制器，安装后首先需要配置DNS。

要将客户机加入到域中，首先需要在客户机中修改IP地址，然后在计算机属性中选择计算机名，选择更改，选择隶属于域即可将其加入到构建的域中。

GFI EndPoint Security 使用

GFI EndPoint Security 软件是一款网络安全软件，通常用来管控计算机使用USB或者其他可移动存储设备，访问CD 驱动器和访问软驱，当然也可以控制网卡、便携电脑及其它网络连接。在娱乐频道使用GIF软件主要原因在于为增强工作站的处理能力，新奥特系统的机器均未安装杀毒软件，于是需要一个工具来控制由U盘的带来的病毒，于是使用GFI来限制USB口的开放与关闭。www.zhangpeng.info

GFI 软件设置与组策略的设置类似,它们都是电脑和用户的集合.在Security下，右击某工作站，选择“edit controlled device categories”可以管理各种设备：

设置好了策略之后，按下“Ctrl+D”组合键即可将策略发布出去。

在之后的管理中，如果要移动某工作站以求使其临时获得某权限，可选择某Protection Policies分组下的Computer，右击选择“Add to another polices”，将其添加到另外的组中，按下“Ctrl+D”组合键即可。这样不用修改策略，只需要将策略预制好，之后可以将工作站分组实现快捷管理。

作为数字媒体创作工具中的姣姣者，Avid非编系统已经应用到了电影、视频、音频和广播等的各种后期制作应用当中。湖南娱乐频道此次在原有Avid系统基础之上，重金购入容量更大的ISIS系统盘阵扩充已有Avid平台适应发展趋势，解决系统空间不足、传输速率地下等问题。张鹏在湖南娱乐频道实习期间正好赶上新设配的购置于平台搭建，有幸参与到了系统的搭建工作中，也参与新平台的技术员培训，对Avid系统有一定的了解。

实习期间，张鹏有幸参与到了后期制作部门Avid非线性编辑系统平台的搭建。湖南娱乐频道早先使用的Avid系统盘阵空间容量2.2TB，空间严重不足，使用Editshare进行磁盘空间管理。

网络版 Unity ISIS Management Console 管理 Avid ISIS系统

新购买的Avid系统采用了全套的Avid产品，服务器使用了Avid ISIS系统，而其也提供了一款基于网页的管理工具。

首先通过所给的IP地址和端口号登录到管理系统中，管理系统主页如下图：www.zhangpeng.info

通常我们的管理只需要使用到System下的几项，Storage Elements 可以用来管理硬盘，可以添加删除硬盘，Storage Groups管理硬盘，可以划分存储单元，Workspaces用于管理工程，可以设置大小、存储位置等，Users用于管理账号，Groups管理用户组，通常一个栏目可以设置一个用户组

Avid的启动（以Editshare管理为例）

在网络共享盘（Network Shares）选项卡中，设置工程所存储的盘（Project Space），Private文件表示该文件只是该用户有权限打开与编辑，为方便栏目组内部的协助，通常需要建立的是可共享的工程，映射的盘符可以任选，因为其对于实际的硬件并未分区。设置工程存储之后，需要设置素材盘，该素材盘通常也可任意选择，只需要与工程盘区分开来。www.zhangpeng.info

设置这些之后，进入Avid程序设置（Avid Management）选项卡中点击“Launch Avid Application”选项启动Avid Media Composer。

启动AVID后将弹出Select Project选项卡，点击选择栏目工程盘所在的盘符，点确定后点新建工程或双击已有工程进入。

新建工程后一定要注意检查设置，以娱乐频道为例，设置选项卡中audio project,capture,media creation均需要设置，具体的为Audio File Format 设置为MXF，Video File Format设置为MXF，Video Resolution选为MPEG 30 MXF。

选好之后，可见到如下窗口：

其他用户的文件夹里的内容不要直接拖到自己的文件夹，而且在其他用户的文件夹里的序列是不能被更改的，如果需要调用可以打开序列或者素材打入出点然后拖到自己的序列上。最后我们在这个窗口内点右键新建一个bin，然后拖到当前账户的文件夹即可开始工作。

Avid media composer 的使用

Avid Media Composer中，我们需要做的工作通常是对音频音量的调整，视频的剪辑与特效，而这些大量使用到了快捷键，快捷键的设置在面板的“Settings”选项卡中设置，找到“Keyborad” 项，双击将出现键盘设置框，然后按住“Ctrl+3”的组合键将出现所有可以设置的功能卡，将功能卡上的图标拖放到某按键上即可完成设置。www.zhangpeng.info

其他 Avid media composer 常用的快捷键如“Ctrl+7”为采集，“Ctrl+{”为缩短时间线，Ctrl+Y为新建音频，Ctrl+V为新建视频，Ctrl+1为音量显示。在选择音频轨，按下“U”即可添加编辑点，上下拖动可以调整音量。制作例如闪黑或者叠加等特效可以点击如的图标（即一个渐变色的矩形按钮）。如过要制作字幕或者其他动画元素，可以在整个窗口的顶部工具栏中选择“tools”，下面有一个选项为“Title Tool”，点击此选项即可以编辑字幕。

对于视频、音频和图片的导入，可以在素材屉面板中右击，选择Import，然后选择需要导入的素材即可，也可以从我的电脑中直接拖放到素材屉中。

当然，如果你想要很好的使用Avid Media Composer 软件，还需要你的实际操作，多动手自然会对其熟悉。

Choose browsers for css hack

When choosing browsers to improve your css files, as many browsers can run standard css files, it would be better to pick one that can perfectly perform W3C standards. You can test your css file under this browser and then improve it to ensure all browsers work the same for you css. I sugest you test your css under this turn:

Css Hacks  distinguish IE6, IE7 and Firefox

I could come up with 2 ways to use CSS hacks or tricks: target only IE with an if statement, use special tags in your css.

1.special tags to distinguish browsers

Here is a list of special tags I know for css hack:

Special tags for IE7 has a priority like this: (*+html + !important) > !important > +html

As an example,  there is a piece of css file:
